What data is collected and why
The contact form collects your name, company, email, type of company, preferred language and the text of your message. They are used only to answer your request and, if you ask for it, to send you a proposal for services. They are not used for advertising and no automated decisions are taken with them.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time.
How long the data is kept
As long as needed to deal with your request and, if no professional relationship follows, for at most 12 months after the last contact. If a professional relationship begins, for as long as legal obligations require.
Who else is involved
The data is not passed on to third parties. Two providers act as processors so that the website works: Cloudflare (website hosting) and Resend (delivery of the form by email). They may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own or from third parties, and the typefaces are served from the site itself, with no connection to external services.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to the contact address above. If you believe they have not been properly dealt with, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
